This Return & Refund Policy describes how King Tros LLC ("King Tros", "we", "us", or "our") handles returns and refunds for products purchased through our storefronts on Amazon Marketplace and Etsy.
1. Physical products (Amazon Marketplace)
Physical products sold by King Tros LLC on Amazon Marketplace will be subject to Amazon's standard return and refund policy. Returns are typically accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items. To initiate a return for a physical product, please follow the return process through your Amazon account or contact Amazon Customer Service directly.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by Amazon's fulfillment centers, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with Amazon's policy. Shipping costs for returns may be deducted from the refund depending on the reason for return.
2. Digital products (Etsy)
Digital products purchased from King Tros LLC on Etsy are delivered as instant downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds for digital products are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Etsy's digital-goods refund policy.
Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened with the stated software requirements.
- The item delivered is materially different from the listing description.
- A technical error prevented the download from completing.
To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us through Etsy or at support@kingtros.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Good-faith review
We review all refund requests in good faith and in line with applicable consumer-protection laws. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly and promptly. If a refund is granted, it will be processed through the original marketplace's payment system.
