We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. For faster assistance with existing orders, we recommend contacting us through the relevant marketplace's messaging system, as it provides direct access to your order information.
2. Support process
Once King Tros LLC begins selling on Amazon Marketplace and Etsy, the following support process will apply:
- Pre-purchase inquiries: Questions about product details, specifications, or compatibility — contact us via email or our contact form.
- Order issues: Problems with an order (delivery, missing items, defects) should first be directed through the marketplace where the purchase was made, as each marketplace provides built-in resolution tools.
- Digital product issues: For digital downloads purchased on Etsy, contact us directly if you experience file delivery problems or listing errors. We will review and resolve those on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund workflow
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and each marketplace's applicable rules:
- Amazon Marketplace: Physical product returns and refunds follow Amazon's standard return policy. To request a refund, initiate the process through your Amazon account.
- Etsy: Digital product refunds follow Etsy's digital-goods policy. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Disputes are resolved through each marketplace's established processes, ensuring both buyers and sellers receive fair treatment under applicable policies.
Amazon Marketplace
For physical product orders placed on Amazon, disputes are governed by Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee. This policy covers timely delivery and product condition. To file a claim, log into your Amazon account, locate the order, and follow the A-to-Z Guarantee claim process. Amazon evaluates the claim and makes a determination based on its policies and the information provided by both parties.
Etsy
For digital product orders placed on Etsy, disputes are handled through Etsy's Case System. If an issue cannot be resolved by contacting us directly, buyers may open a case on Etsy within the applicable time frame. Etsy reviews the case and issues a resolution in accordance with Etsy's policies.
